  1. Faulty goods – goods that do not match the characteristics defined in the description in the e-shop and having defects preventing the Customer from using the product for its intended purpose.
  2. If goods are returned due to their non-satisfactory quality, Mingloemoose.lt undertakes to replace them at its own expense with an item of proper quality or refund the Customer. Faulty goods are returned or replaced under the provisions of the Retail Rules endorsed by the government decree No 697 of June 11, 2001.
  3. The return of goods of proper quality shall be subject to the provisions of the Retail Rules endorsed by the government decree No 697 of June 11, 2001 and shall be made at the expense of the Customer.
  4. Faulty goods shall be returned or replaced within 14 days from their purchase, if they match the following conditions:
    4.1 returned in the original package*;
    undamaged;
    4.2 have not lost their marketing appearance (stickers, price tags etc have not been removed);
    returned in the original package;
    4.3 proof of purchase from Minglemoose.lt is presented;

* The opening of the package is not considered damage if the purpose was to make sure the product matched the description provided in the e-shop.

  1. The return/replacement of goods shall be made upon receipt from the Customer of a filled-in and signed form of the Return/Replacement Form, provided at www.minglemoose.lt.
  2. The Return/Replacement Form shall be submitted the following ways:

6.1.following prior arrangement with a Minglemoose.lt representative, via email info@minglemoose.lt in a signed and scanned form;

6.2. directly to a www.minglemoose.lt representative.

  1. In cases when goods are being replaced and a price difference occurs during such process, the Customer shall pay Minglemoose.lt the difference.
  2. In cases when Minglemooose.lt has not goods for replacement in stock, the Customer shall receive a full refund. Delivery costs shall not be included in the refund.
  3. Goods shall be returned/replaced, if they comply with the requirements defined in Page 4 of these Regulations. The amount paid shall be transferred to the account stated in the Return/Replacement Form
  4. The amount paid shall be transferred to the account stated in the Return/Replacement Form within 14 days upon the receipt by www.minglemoose.lt. of a properly filled-in and signed Return/Replacement Form. If issued arise regarding compliance with the Return/Replacement Rules, Customers shall be contacted personally.
  5. Regarding the replacement of goods, please contact us by email info@minglemoose.lt or the phone number stated at www.minglemoose.lt.
  6. Goods shall be replaced, if they match the following conditions:
    12.1 turned in the original package*;
    12.2 unused;
    12.3 undamaged;
    12.4 have not lost their marketing appearance (stickers, price tags etc have not been removed);
    12.5 proof of purchase from Minglemoose.lt is presented.

* The opening of the package is not considered damage if the purpose was to make sure the product matched the description provided in the e-shop.

  1. The requirements defined in Pages 5-8 of these Regulations shall be applicable to returned goods.
